- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do walk- throughs with the customer and each facility is different for needs and how dirty it is and how often it needs to be cleaned. So it does vary from facility to facility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing after contact is to schedule a walk through with the manager and find out what needs to be done, and how often it needs to be cleaned. Then we will email an estimate cost of service within the first 48 hours and upon acceptance of proposal the service is scheduled to be complete. After service is done we send an invoice and request payment upon receipt (this is for commercial customers). There is a difference for residential customers, we request payment upon day of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience. Started out working for other larger companies and now have been on our own for almost ten years now, and proud of it. We do have MSHA training as well. Have learned on the job over the years and continue to learn more as new techniques, equipment and products are released.
