- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to give my customers as many options as possible. There are equipments that are more expensive than other just like some cars are most expensive than other but, there should be options for all kind of budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always there is an evaluation of the whole entire system/ systems and recommendation based on the results. I also encourage customer to get maintenance agreements to help A/C systems last longer along with other benefits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
