- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try our best to keep our prices right for any budget. We also give referral fees to customers that send new customers our way!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we meet the customer at the property to go over everything the customer is wanting. We then send a quote. Once the quote is accepted we schedule installation as soon as possible. All of our installations are warrantied for 3 years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Red Beard surveillance's owner and lead technician has a bachelors degree in data communication engineering. Our techs have over 10 years combined experience in low voltage cabling and are all Texas licensed in security.
