Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Yes. Training programs can be simple and very effective. The hallmark of a great program lies in its simplicity. "Do what you love to do -Better". From skiing to hunting; from martial arts to being self employed. Being stronger and more physically adaptive and resilient allows you to keep doing what you love until you drop dead. As we age, discomfort, pain, and immobility issues begin to surface effecting both athlete and the unconditioned. Training with proper focus on movement quality can break that cycle in all but extreme cases. Why kettlebells? Kettlebells are the working man's olympic lifting tools. Easy on your joints, relatively cheap, extremely mobile, and takes little time and space to train. The most practical piece of training equipment ever built. Ballistic training also has more potential for muscle hypertrophy (important if you are over 50!), impressive strength gains, and weight loss. Why Method Running? Our movement patterns as a society are aweful. We end up putting our bodies into positions we are not supposed to be in on a daily basis. The result-bad posture, which creeps into our running form. Repeating same faulty patterns hundreds to thousands of times in a row is a recipe for disaster. 65-80% of all runners will incur a running injury. Unfortunately, most runners eventually quit running due to injury. You have the ability to change that. If you want to keep running without injury, you have to do the work. Our training revolves around workshops and individual instruction. We give you the tools, then you begin; returning only when your ready to advance. If your looking for a stronger connection with your body or a deeper sense of strength and endurance, we just might have what you need.
