My typical process for working with a new customer is to introduce myself to them and get familiar with them. The main thing is to acomodate what they are looking for and what they want. Ensure them that their occasion is in the best of hands.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my food certification from where I can work anywhere in the state of Florida. I have also worked in different Restaurants, cooking different types of food.
