- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I do. Time, materials, customization is all taken into effect. With the type of work I do, every job is different and a lot of different variables. Low cost quality work. My customers get more bang for their buck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a phone call and take notes on what they are wanting done. Next, I set up a time to meet. We will go over the job and set up an appropriate time to do the job. I do not mind working around my customers schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Associate's Degree in General Studies. I'm a second generation craftsman. I have many years of experience.
