Introduction: Reiki healing sessions are tailored to the client, and can incorporate reiki, chakra balancing, aura clearing, and removal of blocked energy. Clients may also receive benefits from sound therapy, essential oils and crystals during the treatment. I also provide my clients with recommended mindfulness practices to sustain ongoing healing; guidance is provided based on the areas treated with reiki. I consider it the highest honor to participate in another's healing journey. Reiki is a powerful force -- it can heal physical pain, address mental and emotional turmoil, and can bring clarity and openness on a spiritual level. The practice of channeling that energy and sharing it so that its benefits increase has been transformative in my own life, and I love introducing others to the potential that can be unlocked by skillful energy work.
