Introduction: I've been training for 8+ years, I take great pride in staying current within my industry, maintaining client relationships and creating a unique atmosphere in which the client feels respected and acknowledged. Establishing a consumer friendly service in which the clients goals are the top priority. Through careful screenings and assessments I can determine the most efficient road map for your success. I enjoy helping people increase their performance, lifestyle, and wellness and take great pride in providing the tools necessary for the client to achieve their goals. I value my education, certifications, past mentors, grouped with my experience playing collegiate hockey and my passion for the game of golf. I provide golf and hockey FITNESS instructions not actual (swing lessons), but I can get you to swing faster, safer, and play for longer by increasing mobility/stability allowing you to play injury free. Aside from hockey and golf, I also specialize in improving posture, general fitness, and assistance losing those extra pounds.

Jesse is more than just a trainer. He combines knowledge and professionalism seamlessly. He has a knack of making you feel like you can achieve the impossible, but never pushes you so far that you ever feel like a failure. Jesse blends working out with fun. He builds confidence. Self esteem. Self worth. He shows compassion and realises that people who have reached out to train are sometimes vulnerable and scared! On top of that he doesn't take anything too seriously so you feel safe and comfortable and look forward to each session and come out feeling like you can take in the world. Plus he gets results!!!! I

I've been training with Jesse for a year and a half. I'm 50 years old and feel I'm the strongest I have ever been. His workouts are challenging but fun and he's a great motivator. He mixes things up so I never get bored. He's a wealth of information on nutrition and has helped me better understand how to fuel my body for workouts and recovery. Great Trainer

Jesse is the best trainer. His knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm creates a fantastic workout that is always challenging and fun. He tailors each workout and educates you throughout the work out to make sure you have proper technique to maximize results while preventing injuries. Absolutely worth it!
