On Dec. 14th 2017 I paid an invoice of $250 for a demand letter on an expensive repair that was not done right. On December 22 I asked about the letter and Tom Clark said it would be done. After the holidays I emailed Mr. Clark about the letter and he said it would be done on January 2nd. I emailed Mr. Clark again and he said it would be done by the end of the 3rd. It was not. I emailed him again on the end of the day of the 3rd and he said he some personal issues over the holidays and he was sorry and it was not my fault and he was being very unprofessional. On January the 5th I still did not get my letter for review so I asked for my money back. He said he would refund me and I would get my letter at no cost. I finally got my refund but I still have not received my letter. I would never hire this attorney for anything ever ever.
