- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the legal issue, fees are either by retainer or a flat fee for specific work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial consultation, in person or by phone (depending on the legal issue), a fee agreement for legal representation is signed, and work begins on the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
