Introduction: I have always been around health and fitness since a young age as my Father and Uncle were personal trainers. I've been training since 2008 when I became certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), one of the most prestigious and nationally accredited certifications. I train at a private studio in Longwood, FL where you do not have to worry about the crowds or intimidation of the large, commercial gyms. Utilizing my Sports Nutritional training, my packages include a customized meal plan, based off of your stats and goals, which gets updated based off of your progress. You also get a free membership to the private studio that we train out of and you will have the ability to workout on your own on the days we do not train together at no additional cost. I offer a free consultation, as well as, two free training sessions to make sure we are compatible and you are comfortable with my style. Results! Whether it be physical (weight loss/ toning/ muscle building), mental (gained self-confidence) or simply no longer requiring medications. It's very rewarding when my clients get so excited as they reach milestones on their way to accomplishing their goals. I have helped hundreds of people of all ages (from 14-88) and various types of physical limitations. I know it can be scary to start this journey but you will never know what you are capable of unless you take that first step.

Chris Overall is a knowledgeable, experienced personal trainer who truly cares for the health of his clients. I have been training with Mr. Overall for nearly two years, and have noticed significant improvements to my fitness and nutritional intake. Chris is committed to his clients demonstrating a good mix of strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility exercises. In a single training session, one can burn up to 1,000 calories and continue to burn after them after the workout. Chris also offers nutritional advise if needed. He can determine carb, fiber, and protein intake to individual needs. After every workout with Chris Overall, I feel I have accomplished a tough feat. I highly recommend Chris Overall for individuals at any level of fitness.

I have been working out at Chris' Boot Camp for about 10 months & have never been one to stick with any kind of exercise but I actually look forward to it now. Chris puts together an hour's worth of challenging exercises and somehow, we all get through them together. I am always sore & I know that I am getting a total body workout. I enjoy the group setting as well. The whole group is so upbeat, fun & motivating at 6 am!

Chris is a great trainer! I'm not sure how he does it, but he actually makes working out fun. He is very knowledgeable and easily adapts exercises to address any individual problem areas. I have worked with other trainers but none of them come even close to Chris Overall. I highly recommend him for anyone wanting to lose weight or to just get stronger.

I met Chris 3 years ago. Forty four pounds later, it was the best decision I have ever made. Chris is very knowledgeable regarding what's best for individual clients. Professional, ambitious, dedicated are just a few words I would use to describe this young man. Plus he makes working out fun as he has a wonderful sense of humor. If you are thinking of a personal trainer, Chris is exactly what you want in a trainer. I highly recommend Chris Overall

I have been training with Chris for 2 1/2 years. With his help I lost 25 pounds and have learned to eat in a clean, healthy way. I have gotten stronger and have toned up. I am moving soon and hope I can find a trainer as motivating and positive as Chris.
