- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since the scope of work changes with the opportunity, I tailor my quotes to fit the specific job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a phone/video consultation to determine what outcomes the client hopes to achieve. Then I put together a proposal. One we enter into contract, I develop an agenda, content, tools and whatever else is needed to produce quality work in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had teamWorks, my consulting and training business, since 2006. I have trained State of California workers, nonprofit executives, leadership volunteers, and boards of directors for many of the nation's top nonprofits. Prior to teamWorks, I was in nonprofit management, developing the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life in California. During that time, I honed my volunteer management and staff motivation skills. In my spare time, I practice what I preach by volunteering in my community.
