- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the nature of house sitting, that being that every situation is different and the needs of the clients vary, we do not have a flat rate exactly and base the rate on the house, amenities provided such as a vehicle for our use, distance to nearest the city for shopping, health providers, vets, high speed internet, gasoline, and grocery stores, length of the sit. This all differs for each client and so we take all into consideration to ensure the best practical experience be had by both parties to the agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer email and phone contact initially and once we have determined that the arrangement is satisfactory to both parties we will meet in person to view the home and meet face-to-face to complete and sign a house sitting agreement between both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the commercial real estate management sector as a leasing consultant for large a apartment complex, have owned and rented my own rental properties, have built and maintained two homes from the ground up and remodeled one of my own. I have also managed my own successful businesses and managed that of others always requiring and providing professionalism and responsible decision making.
