- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I determine my pricing on a case-by-case basis. Factors I use to determine my pricing include the scope of the task as well as my years of experience and previous salary history in positions where I performed the task on a regular basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to be crystal clear on the customer's requirements. I will ask any questions necessary so that I perfectly understand the required tasks. I want to make sure before I accept a job that I am the person best suited for it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over five years of professional experience as an administrative professional and over two years of experience as a teacher. My administrative experience is quite detailed and includes areas such as: data entry, calendar management, drafting and editing correspondence, drafting and editing proposals, recruiting, Human Resources and much more. My teaching experience is quite extensive as well. I have served as a substitute teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools and have taught a range of subjects and grades. My specialties are Spanish and English, particularly areas of grammar, writing and proofreading.
