I just moved into the area and was looking for one company that could do all my needs. I needed my kitchen and bathroom remodeled. I also needed some work done in my basement. I contacted a few and in the end I found one that I really liked. It was Star Marble & Granite. When I called them I spoke to a gentleman named Trevor. He was very polite and helpful in all aspects of the things that I needed. He scheduled an appointment for Alvin and Isaac to come out to my home and discuss the things that I wanted done. I told them my ideas and wants for my basement and bathroom and Alvin came to me with his own ideas and I honestly fell for his ideas more than my own. We went to my kitchen and I was explaining to Isaac about what color I wanted for my granite countertops and he brought along samples that I looked at and I totally went another way. My project got started on time and before I knew it, it was done. I am very happy with the service that I received from Trevor, Alvin and Isaac. I would and will be recommending them in the future

I called and scheduled an appointment with a guy named Trevor. He had Alvin and Issac come out to take a look at remodeling my entire bathroom. They were so good I had them look at my kitchen as well. Overall great experience.

I was inquired on thumbtack by a gentlemen named Trevor. I was a little iffy to respond but I did. That was the best choice I could have made. I was inquired by many people but Trevor's seemed to stick out. He scheduled me an appointment with Alvin to remodel my bathroom. He was out there the next day to look at my bathroom and sent me a same day estimate. Great experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For stone countertops we have a variety of price levels. When we meet to discuss design and pricing we will go over each of our standard charges, i.e. under mount sink cutout charge. All charges will be presented to the customer in the estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet to look over and measure the space. Then we discuss design ideas and find what works with the budget then we plan a timeline for completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed class A contractor. I also have a bachelors degree. I have about 10 years experience in my field and working towards 20/20 design certification.
