Clarence Yeargin is a highly skilled building contractor. His company was hired by my husband and me on many occasions; including a kitchen expansion and remodel, garage and master bedroom/bathroom expansion and remodel. Yeargin Contractors completed our big project, and my family is so glad that we hired this company. Clarence Yeargin led our addition and backyard renovation. We could not be any more pleased. We had a two-story 18 x 22 addition added on to our existing 2300 sq ft house. This was no small task, but Clarence and his team tackled it head on. Clarence worked on our house like it was his own. His team laid the foundation, tiled the roof, provided the insulation, dry wall, electrical, heating/ air, and even pressure washed the house at the completion of the project. Clarence personally did a mini renovation of our kitchen as well. By himself he removed the peninsula from our former layout. Removed and repositioned the sink and dishwasher, as well as laid new poreclain tiles across the entire kitchen floor. He was also able to install additional kitchen cabinetry and moldings. My family is so grateful for Yeargin Contractors working so diligently on this project!
