- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Agencies and development shops have a lot of overhead with account managers, project managers, salespeople, and a host of redundant middle management. I'm a freelancer and am not subject to that overhead, so I can usually give a great deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I create beautiful native apps for iOS and Android systems, putting extra attention into user experience. My apps are efficient, live up to vigorous testing, and are able to handle an extremely large number of users.
