- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive given the product and installation quality you will receive. We offer all major financing options available on the market today (Power Purchase, Lease, Direct Loan, & Pace). We do offer monthly cash advances to customers who sign up during promotional months. We also offer rebates and other manufacturers incentives when available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, we like to consult with customers to answer any questions before deciding if a site survey is needed to determine options of going solar. Then, we proceed to customize options for the customer to choose form based on factors of budget, customer utility rates, preferred equipment and other options. After, we will begin designing the system and building plans to submit for permits with local building and safety officers. Finally, after obtaining permits we will schedule installation at customers preference which typically is done in 1 day.
