- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I respect my time and my knowledge in the subject of my offerings, so I don't do the discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the beginning of the session, I conduct intake and assessment to evaluate needs and concerns of the client. As we progress in our combined work, I ask the client to point out their improvements and cleared blocks.
