Ken did a fantastic job putting in a garbage disposal. He got back to me right away and was efficient in his work. He is very knowledgable and I would rate him highly.

Very nice, but never showed up. We were supposed to meet to look at the scope of work and arrange a start date, but he never came... I called and never received a return phone call or explanation. Too bad, he was very nice in our initial phone conversation.
