- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't really have a standard system for pricing. What we do is look at what most companies would charge and then take off anywhere from 10% to 50% to save you as much money as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are firm believers in the customer always being right so when meeting with a new customer we try to let them call the shots as much as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work full time four days a week as an electrician and I'm working on getting my license for it.
