- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing does vary per job due to the choices of food and which style of catering service the customer is requesting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually communicate via both email and telephone with the customer. Due to the number of varying options with our food, a telephone conversation is best in the beginning to establish the type of party, approximate number of guests attending, food choices and amounts needed, any special circumstances such as allergies, gluten free, etc., and if they would like drop off delivery to full catering services. Any other needs or concerns can be addressed at that time.
