Introduction: Smoker EZ BBQ is a small, family-owned catering business, as well as a licensed mobile vending unit in the state of Ohio. We specialize in smoking meats to perfection, complemented by a number of tasty homemade side dishes. We provide drop-off delivery, buffet style setup, and an onsite festival style setup with live cooking and staff serving the guests at your event. We take pride in the authentic hickory-wood-smoked foods that we prepare for you to ensure that the food served at your event will be memorable. We work local festivals, cater corporate events, weddings, family reunions, graduation parties, etc., as well as our weekend setup location in Milford, Ohio. We enjoy providing our customers with quality smoked foods to help make your event a success.

Service and attention to detail is first rate. Pricing is very reasonable. Best of all the the ribs, pulled pork, and the pulled chicken are all great! Don't miss out on Craig's Jalapeno Poppers!!

Excellent overall BBQ catering service. Fall off the bone BBQ ribs, hickory smoked pulled pork, and the best tasting pulled chicken sandwiches in town. Make sure you order their famous jalapeño poppers too to get your party started.

I hired Smoker EZ to cater a dinner for a company event. The food was outstanding and so was the service. They had to cover 4 shifts of dinners. All our employees said it was the best dinner we have ever had!!! Since then I have had Smoker EZ do 2 wedding receptions for me and recommended them to several others for catering. You cant go wrong with Smoker EZ!!! We will defiantly use Smoker EZ again!!

Smoker EZ BBQ catered my wedding on May 16th 2015. We had about 150 people attending the wedding, and through multiple emails / phone calls with Craig, we got an estimate on how much food we would need. The day of the wedding they showed up on time, prompt, with enough people to serve the food and keep the line moving. The food was delicious as it has always been with Smoker EZ. Our guests commented over and over how they loved the food, and how much better it was than the usual wedding food. I would highly recommend Smoker EZ BBQ for any event / party / situation that required food.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing does vary per job due to the choices of food and which style of catering service the customer is requesting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually communicate via both email and telephone with the customer. Due to the number of varying options with our food, a telephone conversation is best in the beginning to establish the type of party, approximate number of guests attending, food choices and amounts needed, any special circumstances such as allergies, gluten free, etc., and if they would like drop off delivery to full catering services. Any other needs or concerns can be addressed at that time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Basically started as just a hobby we enjoyed.
