Introduction: I started my business doing custom engraving on guns. I use a machine that engraveshe using a diamond tip stylist. Instead of scoring or cutting the engraving surface, it uses the stylist to impact the surface. This allows for very detailed and complex designs. The engraving is so detailed information can engrave a photograph. I eventually moved from guns to jewelry, specifically dog tags as they allow for photos and text. I enjoy the artistic challenge. I once made gold dog tags for a famile that lost their son in Iraq. The dog tags were given to immediate family. They were amazed at the detail in the photo and all swore they would wear it forever. I consider that to be very rewarding personally.

Jason contacted me PROMPTLY after I contacted Thumbtack. I knew what I wanted but was not sure how to completely describe it. Jason took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure that we were on the same page. The engraving that I wanted was for my Mom's 65th birthday and was an engraving of something that a deceased family member had written. It was a very emotional piece for me and I wanted it to be done just right. Jason sent me a picture of it after it was complete to make sure that I approved. It was BEYOND what I was looking for. Everything is custom made. I provide a general quote, but everything depends on the cost of material and time. I always ensure the customer is satisfied with pricing.

I ensure I understand their exact needs. Communication is a must. I provide raw material samples for review prior to starting work. I make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with my work and their purchase.
