FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, we ask you to give us a rundown of your situation. Second, we digest what you said and try our best to verify that we understand what your pain points are as well as your objectives. Third, if we are on the same page, we will submit a list of questions to you that will help us diagnosis the issue and, then, prescribe a set of potential solutions. Fourth, you pick the direction you’d like to try first. Fifth, we help with implementation and training. Sixth, we assess how well the strategy brought about the desired change. If things worked, we will expand the strategy. If things didn’t work, then we will suggest another pathway forward.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most recently, we helped a young entrepreneur develop ways to reach out to her target audience to raise awareness, capture leads, and close clients for her Coaching business. We implemented a mix of content marketing, local SEO, cold calling, and automated follow-up to help her reach her sales objectives.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Some advice I would give to businesses looking to hire a pro is to be open to someone who is willing and able to give you more than one idea to solve your problem. Anyone who says they have THE solution isn’t taking your business seriously or your needs into consideration during the strategy and implementation stages.
