We knew immediately after meeting Marc that this was going to be an awesome event. And sure enough, the food was spectacular! Our guests talked about him for months! He stayed within budget, was attentive to some food restrictions and his creativity was surprising. Marc is a true professional chef. I would not hesitate to pass along his name and look forward to calling him for my next affair. Oh, and his personality is infectious. The guests loved that he came out of the kitchen to mix and mingle with everyone while showing is concern that all were pleased.

Marc is a fantastic chef. Whether you are planning a holiday dinner or a small intimate gathering, Marc will go out of his way to make it an amazing experience. Chef Marc is very professional and dedicated to his craft. I was in awe watching him prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. This guy truly loves his art! He takes a great deal of time planning and listening to his client’s needs. Chef Marc caters to any type of special diet needs flawlessly.Whether gluten free, vegetarian, vegetarian chili is to die for! Or the good old meat lover, Marc does it to perfection. All in all, Chef Marc is top notch. You will not find anyone better!
