I called them and they came the next day which was wonderful, because I had no heat in my second floor. After having to go out twice for the parts the plumber repaired my gas furnace the same day. He was polite and a pleasure to work with.

The work was fine and they were quick to respond but I feel a bit ripped off. Charging $700 to run a snake down a drain is very expensive. The tech ran the snake down two more drains to make me feel like I got good service but I won’t be calling again. I can buy the same tools for less than that. I could have said no but I just wanted if done. Too bad, I could have been a repeat customer. Hit and run!
