- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set an appointment to view the project first at no fee to the customer. Then, depending on what is being requested we have the customer walk us through their problem, and take notes for material and the amount of labor that will go into the project. Once we have taken all costs into consideration we will either give the customer a price on the spot, or email them an estimate and will walk the customer through the scope of work. We schedule a time to perform work if the estimate is accepted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a lifelong electrician on our team, and an ex general contractor to manage the business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to do some research on the work you are wanting to be done. There are great videos on YouTube for homeowners to view. Also, ask to view the electrical contractors license if you are not sure they are qualified.
