Introduction: I feel like I stand out from the rest because I'm a purple heart veteran who prides myself on honesty and hardwork. I have built a reputation on going above and beyond my customers expectations. I strive to give my customers a professional finished product with a memorable experience each and every time. I also appreciate my customers intrusting me to come into their home and create a change of environment while making a positive difference in their lives. It's an experience that I share along with the customer, and it's new every time. Like my dad always said son if you're not going to do it right it's not worth doing, so I take pride in my work and everything I do. I have always and will always stand by my completed work! I was very fortunate enough to have a best friend who was also my dad. There wasn't much that he couldn't do. He was also a man with old school values,and morals. I specialize in a variety of skills such as light carpentry, painting, plumbing,and electrical work to complete home remodeling. This includes but is not limited to fixture and appliance installation, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting, sheetrock repairs/replacement as well as other home repairs and simple handyman services. Very friendly and professional. I needed a ramp built and stairs replaced on my front porch he did an excellent job. He also replaced an electrical outlet I was having trouble with and checked the rest of them for free. He highly exceeded my expectations. I would recomemd him to anyone one needing work done. He is now my go to guy for any work I need done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on the degree of difficulty and time that will be required to complete the project. My main focus when it comes to pricing is to try giving the cheapest fairest price possible. I understand that money can be stretched thin sometimes and you shouldn't have to worry about the safety of your home because of outrages prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I like to communicate via phone or in person to make sure they get the best possible service. I make sure I understand exactly what it is they are looking for so I can get the work completed to their satisfaction with the best price possible. Once hired I draw up a contract with the customer showing everything that is to be done with a breakdown of pricing as well. The customer also gets a copy of the contract for their records.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been doing this line of work since high school. I did take a break for 4 1/2yrs when I joined the Army and was stationed in Iraq. In 2007 I was Medically discharged from the Army and started working in Electrical again. I have over 13yrs experience in electrical experience between residential and commercial.
