Payments are only accepted in the form of Cash, Money Order, Credit Card, or Cash App.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hummmm... This is kind of hard to answer because, no two customers are the same. But typically I will receive a message or call from you the customer. Either thru the call, texts, or thumbtack messages I get an Idea of what you need to get rid of. The best customers always send pictures of the items they need removed. "Maybe I will start giving discounts for that." Okay back to answering the question. You the customer an myself will agree on a pick up date and time. We will also discuss the the price and payment options during these text messages and or calls. Finally I come out remove said "junk items" and collect said "$payment$". Then your all HAPPY that you finally got that old stuff out of your sights, because its on my truck going down the road That you GO BACK ONLINE to GIVE MEGA HAUL JUNK REMOVAL A 5 STAR REVIEW!!!!!! - How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started Mega Haul in 2009 with the intent of getting into the Towing & Recovery Industry. Then one day I get a call to haul away a huge freezer unit from a house in George Town Wash , DC. At first I was going to decline the job because, I was in the business of moving vehicles right! Well I accepted that job and at that point I realized that the Junk Removal biz was Awesome. I get to help people, Find cool things some times, and Get Paid to do it.!
