As a single mom, it is important to find honest, hard-working, reasonably priced help with anything & everything needed to establish a fixer-upper house into a family home. Kevin recently did some tile and paint work for me on a bathroom remodel. He did a great job and his prices were very reasonable.

Kevin painted a bedroom (walls and trim) for me. He was very nice, respectful, and I felt completely comfortable having him in my home (single female). I wouldn't recommend if you are very meticulous about detail on the work you're having done but he's fast and fairly priced.
