What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our bookkeeping services as a package on a flat fee basis. This allows you to take advantage of all of our services without the fear of hours racking up and surprises when the bill comes due. Contact us so we can determine the best package and rate that will fit your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know your organization so we can determine your needs and build a custom package of services to provide. We use cutting edge, cloud based accounting software that offers bank level security without the hassle of all of the paperwork or desktop programs. We will work with you to get you set-up and trained in these cloud based programs so that we can collaborate effectively.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pam holds an active CPA license in the State of Washington and has 8+ years of experience split between private industry and public accounting. The majority of her career has been spent working with nonprofit organization's. First in the capacity of a Corporate Accountant for a multi-million dollar organization, and then later, as an Auditor at a large local public accounting firm where she managed the financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations of multi-million dollar organization's.
