Such Empathy! Coming from another attorney's office, I came in pretty disgruntled and miserable but left reassured and confident; with a big smile. I was elated that somebody truly "had my back." Such a very nice man. Even though he advised that I give my current attorney one more chance I knew I was to return immediately if it didn't work. He gave me a very sensible game plan of what he would do. I was counseled thoroughly. All questions answered. An honest discussion. It was extremely refreshing and to meet an attorney who was not interested in signing me on just to pick up a check, but rather one that saw no sense in doing so now because I had paid a hefty fee elsewhere, in the middle of some delicate very time sensitive proceedings, doing so would be duplication of services and would frankly set me back time wise due to its complexity and the gathering of documents. Most Ethical! His compassion and empathy was evident. It would have been a great pleasure to work with him. Finally, his prices are so very reasonable. No matter the complexity, he will find a way. So very reassuring plus an impressive successful track record. I would most definitely recommend Attorney Simon. Very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.

Mr. Simon was thoughtful and responsive while walking me through the process. He was very professional in and out of the courtroom.
