I recently hired CMF Development for a kitchen remodel and I was very impressed with the work efficiency, professionalism and attention to the detail that was put into the upgrades. We were able to get a quote from him in a fair amount of time and he stayed pretty close to his projected completion date if it hadn't been for the add on's which we are glad we did!
I highly recommend working with Carlos. He is pleasant to work with and professional.
My husband and I will be working with him again soon for our bathroom remodel.

After providing a proposal, entering into a contract, and cashing my deposit, CMF cancelled the day before he was due to start the project. Although I received a refund of my deposit, I was incredibly upset and inconvenienced by the lack of professionalism.

Kendra I did not want to jeopardize the quality of the work me and my crew strive to produce and put your beautiful bathroom at risk because of the tight time line. I realized you where upset after trying to work with you to reschedule, which is why I personally drove out to you the very next day to provide you a refund of your deposit as it was the ethical, and in my opinion, the right thing to do. I wish you nothing but the best in the future and hope you would consider us for any future projects.

CMF Development (Carlos) really helped us out with our kitchen and bathroom. Carlos made room in his busy schedule to finish our remodel. He was easy to work with and came up with creative solutions to any problem that arose. His crew was respectful, professional and, most importantly, CLEAN. Carlos uses professional grade tools, including a laser measure for laying tile.
His estimate was more than fair and he stuck to it! He was efficient and got the job done on time. =)
We highly recommend CMF Development for any project.
