- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates for granite and marble start at $35/ sq. ft. and $45/ sq. ft. for quartz, depending on the type and color of the chosen stone. We offer a large selection of in-stock, discounted choices. Removal would be an additional charge, depending on the size of the existing counter. In addition, we also offer various types and sizes of sinks at an additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free-in home estimates to all of our customers, at which samples are provided and various design options are discussed. Exact measurements are also taken, at that time. This ensures that a project can move forward as soon as the customer decides to hire us and no second trip out to the home is necessary. Once the design process is completed, our team cuts and fabricates the stone and another team, installs it within a few days.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have tremendous experience working along side builders on new construction and remodel homes. We have also worked in the commercial sector on projects such as gas stations, medical offices and restaurants. However, working directly with homeowners is what we thrive at! We are able to provide a detailed and individual experience and together design a dream project.
