- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and we provide a large quantity of edited images, real value for your money. We typically base our price on the size of the event, number of shooting hours, travel, and special requests. We are not the lowest bidder, but certainly not the highest either.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The relationship starts with a phone call, followed by an in person meeting to cover the contract, questions, concerns, and expectations. We strive to have a very positive and relaxed relationship with our clients, as this lends itself to us being able to capture the best photos. We are available via text most anytime and usually respond within one hour, or if after 10 PM, by 10 AM the following day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have completed a 14 hour wedding photography course taught by Phil Ebiner. Additionally, we have invested many hours studying lighting, composition, and photo editing.
