Nick Levine did a tremendous job providing legal counsel at a reasonable price and he laid out options for me in a manner that were both extremely thoughtful and straightforward. I also felt that Nick Levine has a unique ability to understand the complexities of personal situations as it pertains to business transactions. This is not something I've typical found to be the case with attorneys I've worked with in the past. He's very responsive to the client, and is willing to go the extra mile.
Would highly recommend to anyone needing business transaction work. He also helped a couple of folks I know with attorney represeentation after personal injuries, and they said he was very compassionate and did a great job for them.

My husband and I contacted Mr. Levine to help us establish a will to ensure our our son would be properly cared for in the event something happens to one or both of us. He was extremely professional, giving us various options based on our current assets. He made himself available to us and ensured our documents were properly notarized and filed with the state. He and his associate were extremely thorough and caring. We absolutely recommend Levine Lyon.
