- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can be flexible based on customer needs, but usually I charge between $25-$35 per hour with a min. of 2 hours of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working through Thumbtack I usually I find out what the potential customer is looking for. What service(s) they are looking for me or my staff to provide. Once I decide if we can accommodate the customer I submit a bid and if selected I communicate directly with the customer for any additional info or clarity. Finally, we get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, I have 15+ years of experience working in an office setting in a variety of roles. I'm a social media and administrative expert. I am also a graduate of Central Michigan University (BS-Public Administration).
