Mr. Wilfong was very thorough in checking things out and making sure I understood what was going on with each step. He answered all of my questions and came out to do the follow up walk through to ensure the items were resolved. I greatly appreciated the time Mr. Wilfong took to explain each repair that needed to be done in terms that I could understand.
