- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try my best to work with the costumer to meet their needs within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to touch basis with my costumers. I start by sending them a questionnaire to fill out. This helps me get a feel for what they want for their event. After that I like to make a phone call to the costumer to talk over the questionnaire, to make sure I have a full understanding of what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked under another DJing company for the past year, which trained me in everything I needed to know. I recently branched out on my own.
