- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There will be no charge ($0) for replacement consultations on major equipment. Any pricing will be clearly discussed, must be agreed upon, before the work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we actively listen to their needs, wants, and desires. Information gathering. From there, pending the situation, we will prescribe the proper "medicine" to suit the ailment. From there we implement the agreed upon solution. After the installation and/or service, we follow up with a happiness check to make sure expectations have been exceeded.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Certified Master Licensed HVAC Contractor holds an Electrical Engineering degree, EPA Licensing, NATE Certification, and numerous certification badges from leading manufacturers. All of our technicians, and installers are EPA Certified and hold numerous certification badges from leading manufacturers.
