- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I thrive to make sessions affordable, for all! $25 an hour and a half. In my experience, an hour is usually not enough time to have a productive session. My sessions typically last 1.5 hours. When I started out we were encouraged to do one hour sessions, but as I started working with clients it just wasn't enough time to get them comfortable, open up, and then release negative emotions. Each session should obtain all 3 components, so that when you leave a session you feel better than when you came in!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to chat & get to know each other. You ask me questions and I will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire beforehand. At our first free meeting we will see if we are a good fit.This is usually an hour long. We then set up & schedule our times. No contracts! No stress! For some I do use contracts to help hold them accountable! Some need this, I did! I will leave this up to you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training in Oasis therapy techniques for stress management, mentored by Millie Grenbough herself, & training in EFT (emotional freedom technique) by one of the most respected people in the industry. I always had a passion for learning the truth to health and well- being. I studied alternative therapies for over 10 years. I graduated as an Integrative Health Coach and Integrative Patient Navigator. I was taught how to maneuver through the healthcare system. As a health coach we focus on social disparities as well as other social disadvantages. We were trained to learn different techniques for well-being and stress management.
