I have had customers come to me when I lived in Texas asking me to train their dogs, some Doberman, Great Dane that was a challenge he was 4 yrs old. It is advised to train a dog as early as possible. The younger the better.The old saying goes you can't teach an old dog new tricks is hog wash,, A dog loves to learn if you give it the right incentive. some dogs it doesn't take long to train and others seems like forever, but I enjoy the challenge with each and every one . The satisfaction that I taught the dog to be graceful, to obey, and not to jump on people when they approach. The joy of knowing the dog is loved. The Training has the most affect when taught right.
