- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to have an understanding of someone's background, medical history, injuries, current activity level, etc. before starting a new fitness plan. I always ask preliminary questions before working with someone to make sure i develop the most tailored and appropriate sessions for each person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Bootcamp Instructor.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Health and Wellness are very important to me and how I live my life, so I decided to turn my passion into what I do - there's nothing better than helping people achieve their goals!!
