- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1-on-1 Private Training 30 Minute sessions and Group Training are also available. All Packages can include Customized Personal Training and Nutritional Guidance. Training done at other studios or your residence may differ in price. Cancellations require 24 hour notice. Payment plans available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first Session will consist of a few things. going over your goals, learning a little more about each other, weighing you, measuring you if you are comfortable so we can see where your body fat is. We will also do strength and cardio assessments to see where you are with that as well. All of this is tracked on a site that I use that you can get a login to as well so you can see your progress anytime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm Certified in both Nutrition and Personal Training, have been working out for most of my life and have done 1000s of hours of studying various articles and papers.
