- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My New lower rate for a service call is $79.00 and my labor is $25.00 per quarter hour. Parts are additional. Installations: Most installs are $150.00 includes disposal of old appliance. Multiple appliance installations will have to be quoted estimating on number of appliances. Materials for installs are additional. Removal of extra old appliances and disposal fee $50.00 Per pc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get customers info. Then customers request of service. Then diagnose the appliance and inform the customer of appropriate repair. Inform the customer if parts need to be ordered and when to expect the part/s to be in. Then set up a return visit, if needed, to repair the appliance. All calls we be scheduled within a 4 hour time frame depending on location.

Many years of experience. Many years of Whirlpool, Frigidaire Manufacture factory training.
