- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally when someone contacts us they are in need of a Full Clean the 1st time, after that we can adjust their price and cleanings to a manageable level for them. I set prices on answers to a few simple questions... Do you have Pets? Do you have Hardwood Flooring? How many bedrooms and bathrooms?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with our the new customer by ask questions about their home and cleaning needs to determine a guideline for their which type of services needed.. We typically like to start with a Deep Cleaning (which you can find in more detail what types there are & the many options included on our website...) ( joybrenner.wixsite.com/majikcleaning ) This process allows us to get into the corners of your home and make sure it is clean. We go from there with rotating certain cleaning chores so your home is always as clean as the 1st time we were there. This process has been working for us and our clients for years and we will continue to suggest it to potential customers. Of course this is ultimately YOUR choice! We agree upon a date and a time and set the appointment We will show upon time giving you & your property the best possible cleaning service money can buy. Make a follow-up appointment or phone call with our customers asking for feedback on our job, answer any questions he or she may have & present an outlining for your recommendations for improvements, Give discounts and promotions for our new clients. For example, we offer a Spring special to new clients who sign up with us during a specific period & leave special offers for the holidays and such as Easter or Thanksgiving,make sure to provide a printed copy of discounts & your report for your records . Maintain contact with customer on a continuous basis !

This business was a dream while working in a factory and I have done well over the last 10 years but have also put my efforts into other area's...but We Are Back with more determination than ever to grow our business.
