I had my three bedrooms of carpet cleaned and two of them needed to be stretched due to ripples. They showed up on time and were friendly and professional. I paid what I was quoted. Nothing was hidden. They got a red wine stain out of one bedroom that I had tried for years to remove. I was told up front that additional pre-treatment would be necessary. I will call again in 6 months for my next cleaning.
