- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our projects are priced based on the scope of work that is needed. Since each client and project is different, we don't have a standard menu of prices. This allows us to fit the budget to the client's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the client explain their business is the first step. We take the time to understand the history of the business and the scope of the new project. This can be done with a phone call or an in person meeting, depending on the complexity of the project. After we have a good understanding of the scope of the project, we provide an estimate that is detailed and breaks the project into components if appropriate. Once the estimate is reviewed and accepted by the client we move forward either by developing a creative brief (for more involved projects) or move right into the design phase for other types of projects. Our clients have the opportunity to review and revise at each phase because this is a collaborative effort.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are seasoned designers with Bachelors degrees in Graphic Design from accredited programs along with some staff with extended experience in website development.
