FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing system within our customization model. We don’t know what you need from our customized model though. The answers to what you need determines the level of fee we charge. We start with an exploratory meeting to determine if we are a right fit for your needs. We hold that meeting at our expense. That’s no cost to you but your time. Our engagements last for a minimum of 90 days. After our intensive 30 days to start, many engagements start at a maintenance level of $1,500 per month but we don’t let budget determine whether we take clients. We must be excited to work with you, the client, and want to engage with you, your team and your story. Sometimes we get so excited about your future that we discount the present for a bigger future with you. Some of our work is done at destination locations on shore to the USA and offshore as well. That should let you know that pricing is a different as possible because they should reflect your company’s services which are needed and the value it represents to your future. We think that’s fair, but more importantly, it’s equitable for both.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical customer process starts with a phone call with a director of promises. A director of promises will have a conversation about what you are your initial concerns which might result in scheduling that exploratory meeting mentioned earlier. Whatever you and your team are needing, we need to start with “why”. If we can’t meet you at why then we are the wrong navigator for your group. If we are your right fit, the process is shaped to fulfill the demands for service with the supply that we or our network we have created can fill.
