- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Potential new customers, just like You, should know that my pricing is NOT going to be the least expensive price they find, when initially compared to other coaches, advisors, trainers, speakers etc. My mentality is very simple - you get exactly what you pay for -and- when someone hires me, they're getting a wealth of experience amassed over 18+ years in business. I look at it this way - When I'm investing money to support my family, my business, my health, etc., I want to know that I'm getting exactly what I pay for & I do not treat my clients any different than I want to be treated when I'm considering an investment in myself or my family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with clients like You is: 1. Phone call or coffee - Let's get to know each other a bit & see if this is a fit for both of us (45-60 min) 2. Face-to-Face meeting - A bit more of a detailed meeting to understand mindset, motivation, goals, standards & plan (90-120 min) 3. We're on our Way! - Meeting #3 only happens when we are WORKING together. This is a 2-way street...both of us have to agree that this is the right fit.(Strategy to make magic happen 60-90 min) 4. We meet on a regular basis - Phone/Face-to-Face/Teleconference: to build momentum - progressing on the accountability that fosters success 5. We have no contract - I specifically do not make my monthly clients sign a contract that locks them into anything. My job is to get you where you need to be as quickly & efficiently as possible - not to collect a monthly fee from you because you signed a 12 month contract. If and when we get to this point...we'll talk details :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've owned & operated (3) businesses - I've built & handed off (2) businesses - I've advised & guided hundreds of business leaders over 18+ years across the US. I've done advertising, marketing, sales, coaching, training & speaking at all levels of business - I've coached executives, trained management & taught consultants how to stand out through accountability, communication, efficiency & consistency in: * Mindset * Message * Motivation * Results ...How about we start doing that with you & your team?
